i am extremely disappointed with this user. i bought an LG k360 fone from him. during the sale, he told me that the unit was in perfect running conditio he also gave me a MONTH-long warranty. however, ihavent even  had the uit for a week when it started to show defects. it would hang and iwould turn off on its own. i also could not access the phone book and send messages. when i told him about the defects, jeff villa told me he willhave the unit checked. when i asked him where and when, he told me he will bring it to wellcom, and will provide me with a service unit in the meantime. when i told him i will not settle for a unit of less than 6,000.00 value (the amount i paid for the LG phone). at this point, he became abusive on the phone and started to wiggle out of the warranty he gave me. he also told me that damaged the phone when he sold me a defective phone in the first place. he never offered to give me my money back while he had his defective unit checked. i had to insist that he give me my money back. i lost valuable time trying to deal with this person who apparently does not think twice about wiggling out of his warranties.

i will never ever deal with this seller again. this guy cannot be trusted.
